About pricing. Every yard is different, so the ranges below are a starting point, not a bill. Most jobs land between $60 and $300 depending on size and how much hauling is involved. Tell us what you need and we’ll give you a firm number before any work starts — the estimate is always free.

Mowing & Trimming
Mowed, edged along walks and drives, string-trimmed around trees and fence lines, and blown clean when we’re done. One-time or on a regular schedule through the season.
Typically $45–$95 per visit
Raking & Yard Cleanup
Spring and fall cleanups — leaves raked and bagged, sticks and storm debris cleared, beds tidied up, and everything hauled to the curb or taken away.
Typically $90–$250
Hauling & Junk Removal
Brush piles, old furniture, appliances, the corner of the garage you’ve been avoiding. We load it, take it away, and sweep up behind us.
Typically $75–$300 by load
Gutter Cleaning
Gutters and downspouts cleared out by hand, flushed to check the flow, and the mess bagged up rather than left in your flower beds.
Typically $100–$200
Mulch & Garden Beds
Beds weeded and edged, fresh mulch spread evenly, shrubs trimmed back. The job that makes the whole front of the house look looked-after.
Typically $150–$400 with materials
Odd Jobs & Household Help
Hanging shelves and pictures, moving heavy furniture, swapping light fixtures, hauling boxes to the attic, putting together the thing still in its box.
Typically $40–$60 per hour
Regular Help
Rather not think about it every week?
A lot of folks put us on a schedule so the yard just stays handled. Same crew, same day each week or every other week, no phone call needed.
Weekly mowing
We come the same day each week through the growing season.
Every other week
A good fit for smaller yards or slower-growing months.
Spring & fall cleanups
Booked ahead so you’re on the calendar before the rush.
Don’t see your job on the list? Ask anyway. Most of what we do started as somebody asking “could you also…” If it’s something we can’t do safely, we’ll say so and point you to someone who can.
